Sales Manager

Due to expansion, we are looking for a proactive sales manager to develop the Avaya sales channel. You will be responsible for recruiting new resellers & developing existing accounts. You will have excellent communication skills & the ability to demonstrate our modular software range to resellers & their customers. Knowledge of the Avaya system portfolio is a distinct advantage & ideally you will have contacts within the Avaya channel that you can utilise. You will probably be from a business development or account management role or perhaps a sales engineer that is confident to present & assist resellers with growing their software/applications business.

Installation & Support Engineer

This is a field-based role, working from home or based from our technical office in Bracknell but covering the UK. Excellent package for the right person.

We require an engineer to build, configure, install, maintain PC based telephone system voice recording solutions and call management software applications. Applicants should have:

You will need to have been working in a computer, software and IT environment, must also have knowledge of business telephone systems. Of particular benefit is experience with business telephone system voice recording and call management software. Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

  • Solid PC and IT literacy skills
  • Working experience with business telephone systems
  • Knowledge of ISDN and VoIP
  • Ability to work with structured data and voice cabling

 

  • Software installation and support
  • Voice Mail and IVR systems
  • CTI
